Callback LLC ("Callback," "we," "us," or "our") operates callbackcoaching.com and provides career and job search coaching services. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. Your name, email address, and mobile phone number, plus the answers you submit through forms on this site, including the Callback Fit Score. If you enroll, we also collect the information needed to deliver the program and process payment.
Information you send us. The contents of emails, text messages, and chat messages you send to us.
Information collected automatically. Basic usage data such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, and device or browser type.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry and deliver your Fit Score, to schedule and confirm your fit call, to send appointment reminders, to deliver the coaching program if you enroll, to process payment, to send you offers and program information if you have opted in to marketing messages, to respond to your questions, and to improve our site and services.
SMS and Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Phone numbers collected through our forms are used by Callback only to deliver the messages you consented to receive. Consent is collected through a checkbox on our website form. Consent is never purchased, rented, sold, or transferred, and providing it is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.
You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages in that category. Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or email us at the address below. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information with service providers who help us operate the business and who are permitted to use it only for that purpose. These currently include our customer relationship management platform, our email and text messaging providers, our scheduling software, our website host, our analytics provider, and our payment processor.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Callback or others. If the business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. Records of SMS consent and opt-out are retained for as long as we operate the messaging program, because carriers require us to be able to evidence consent.
Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. You may stop text messages by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Deleting your information may end our ability to provide services to you.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what we collect, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Contact us to exercise them.
Children
This site and our services are intended for adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
