These Terms govern your use of callbackcoaching.com and any services provided by Callback LLC ("Callback," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or enrolling in our program, you agree to them.
Who We Are
Callback LLC is an Indiana limited liability company located at 1129 Kelsneland Drive, Avon, IN 46123. We provide career and job search coaching to individuals.
Use of the Site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, access it through automated means without our permission, or use it to send unsolicited communications.
Information you submit through our forms must be accurate and must be your own. Do not submit another person's phone number or email address.
SMS Terms and Conditions
Program. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Callback. Marketing consent covers coaching offers, cohort openings, and promotions. Non-marketing consent covers your Fit Score, fit call scheduling, appointment reminders, and program updates.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to buy anything from us.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and whether you are enrolled.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Callback does not charge you for these messages. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages in that category.
Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or email [email protected].
Age. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and device.
Supported carriers. Message delivery is supported on major United States wireless carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice.
Privacy. Information collected through the messaging program is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
The Coaching Program
Enrollment, pricing, and the scope of what is delivered are described at the point of purchase and in the agreement you sign. Coaching is a service, not a placement agency. We do not apply to jobs on your behalf and we do not control hiring decisions made by employers.
Guarantee
Our guarantee is stated as follows: do the weekly work, get hired in 90 days, or we coach you free until you do. "The weekly work" means completing the assigned activities and attending the scheduled coaching sessions. If you do not complete the work, the guarantee does not apply. The guarantee provides continued coaching, not a refund, and it does not promise any specific job, employer, salary, or timeline beyond what is stated here.
Payment
Fees are due as described at checkout. Recurring charges continue until cancelled in accordance with your agreement. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.
No Employment or Income Guarantee
Except for the guarantee stated above, we make no representation that you will obtain employment, a specific role, a specific salary, or any particular result. Outcomes depend on your effort, your background, and the job market.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, templates, frameworks, and curriculum provided by Callback are our property and are licensed to you for your personal use only. You may not resell, republish, or distribute them.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Callback's total liability arising out of these Terms or your use of the services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after we post an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.
